Yes we offer free Royal Mail second class delivery, there is an option to upgrade and pay for Royal Mail first class delivery, NuMe delivers for FREE anywhere in the UK. How’s that for great service?
Yes, good news, we ship internationally using Royal Mail and Parcel Force. If you place your order weekdays Monday to Friday before 12.00pm UK time, we post same day and usually an order takes between 5 and 14 days. Our international shipping costs £12 and anything outside of Europe costs £14. Everything is tracked for your peace of mind.

We deliver to all countries inside the EU and most countries internationally. If you want to know if we ship to your country, you can contact us here and we’ll let you know. Delivery takes between 5 and 14 days and all parcels are sent fully tracked, either through Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
For now, no, we don’t accept visitors to our offices and warehouse. As well as not having the facility to organise collections, we are also Covid-safe so currently, we only send out orders. The good news is that we post same-day for all orders received before midday – so start shopping here.
Yes, all of our supplements meet stringent safety standards and are manufactured in premium quality factories that are UK certified, hygienic and kept to meticulous standards too. As long as you always follow the recommended daily dose and speak to your doctor before taking a supplement, you are safe to use NuMe products.

This depends very much on your lifestyle, age, weight, sex and requirements but they don’t work overnight! Supplements have a cumulative effect, you should expect to feel or see a difference in a few months – to keep up the results, you should continue taking supplements. When you stop, your body or mind will slowly revert back to before you started.
No, always follow the guidelines on the NuMe pack and take advice from your doctor/homeopath. Overdosing can have risks attached.
If your order has exceeded the delivery time frame (usually up to three days UK, 5 to 14 days for international delivery) and you’ve tracked your order but cannot see any movement, please first check with your local postal delivery office. If the parcel cannot be located, please get in touch with us here and supply us with your order number, delivery address and contact details. We will take it from there and get back to you within 24 hours.
Unfortunately not. We take all orders quickly and easily through our website. This makes payment faster and is far more secure.
We endeavour to supply as much information as possible within our pages so we hope that all of our information gives you as much as you need to know.
