Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
We ship all UK orders by Royal Mail first class service, if you place your order before 12.00 midday Monday to Friday, we will post the same day. If your order is placed after 12.00 midday, we will aim to post that day and in most cases we do, but there can be exceptions where we not able to post that same day and your order will be posted the following morning before 12.00 midday.
The cost of posting is calculated by the weight of the package, the costs are below, any UK order over the value of £37.50 will be sent free of charge.
UK Delivery charges
Parcels under 100g 0.95p
Parcels 100g to 250g £1.25
Parcels 250g to 500g £1.69
Parcels 500g to 2kg £3.31
International Delivery
We ship internationally and we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force, this service can take between 5 and 14 days if you place your order before 12.00 midday Monday to Friday, we will post the same day. If your order is placed after 12.00 midday, we will aim to post that day and in most cases we do, but there can exceptions where we not able to post that same day and your order will be posted the following morning before 12.00 midday.
International shipping prices are:
Europe – £12.00 (fully tracked)
Outside Europe – £14.00 (fully tracked)
